my Westinghouse Fridge Freezer RS21 regularly leaks water from the self cleaning area, any ideas as to what it is not doing. I assume the drainage area from the freezer area to the water collection tray at the underside of the fridge is blocked causing defrosted water to freeze and defreeze and when fluid overflows onto the floor. Without a manual I cannot identify the problem areas and cause.
