0 I appreciate your post, joanne.boccia! From the information you have provided the water dispenser is not working on your White-Westinghouse refrigerator. Have you recently changed your water filter? It is recommended to change your filter every six to nine months. A dirty filter can cause your water dispenser to stop working. This could also be an issue with your water line. If you water line is clogged or frozen a technician will need to come out and clear your line. I hope this is helpful information. –OOS
