white westinghouse GD28T- freezer is fine but refrigirator is not cold. food is spoiling. There is water on roof of fridge inside. In the past there was ice on the back of fridge so we turned up thermostat. Now we turned it back down- clockwise. Is that correct because the button is missing? Why isn't the fridge cold enough?
