Question About White-Westinghouse Refrigerator RT197M
White-Westinghouse fridge model RT197M, my problem...

White-Westinghouse fridge model RT197M, my problem is top freezer is not cooling bottom refrigerator works fine. All reported problems I found on internet search was reverse as Freezer works but refrigerator not cooling. My problem is only Freezer not cooling. Anyone's help on how fix is much appreciated.
