wolf commercial convection oven was working fine then just dropped temp. to a warm temp with no fan, master switch in on position. putting the switch to cooldown the fan and light comes on. the amps where high on the motor so i checked the capacitor and less than 1 volt, and cap was leaking, could this cause the problem.
