I have 2 of these ovens. Repair men over multiple times for same thing. Paid more that $2000.00 in repair charges, here again now. They've put in a new inner baking element ($600.00) did not remedy the problem, replace a door latch saying it wasn't connecting correctly so the oven didn't stay closed tight. No help. It is quit frustrating to have these hugely expensive ovens that don't work.
