My double oven display area says 'change temp' a...

My double oven display area says 'change temp' and a bell keeps going off, what could be going on? Several months ago a wolf services came and put some codes in and it stopped. Also I turned it off and the screen still show change temp, it didn't do this until I put the temperature on 500 degrees. The bell keep ringing.
