my bottom oven wont heat,i had a tec,come out 2 yr...

my bottom oven wont heat,i had a tec,come out 2 yrs ago and he reset it somehow..can u tell me how,my oven is only 6 yrs old and ive only use my bottom oven 2 times since its been installed.. paid way to much for it not to work
