Door seems to be off balance and does not close tightly on the left side (same side as hydraulic hinge). The hydraulic shock seems loose when in the closed position and does not provide upward force for closing support. The spring side is OK. When I open quickly, i hear the shock working to prevent downward opening too fast. Is the hydraulic shock supposed to provide upward force to help support the door when closed? Is the shock bad or is this normal
