I have the wolf PW362418 pro deep wall hood. I clean the baffles regularly, but now when i turn the fan on..it hesitates I have to mess with dial to find place where fan runs..it seems to be struggling. The fan is on the exterior of the house. I was wondering if grease build up and cold temperatures could be the problem? Do we need to clean the exterior fan or something??
