The lights are not coming on and the bulbs are fin...

The lights are not coming on and the bulbs are fine. It started with only one light not working and we were able to get it to work after adjusting it. Now neither light is working and we have removed the bulbs and put them back in without getting them to turn on. The hood and bulbs are only 3 months old.
