Wolf W302418 Ventilation Hood 1. Can we remove the panels under the hood to clean them? They have accumulated a lot of grease. If we can, how do we do it? 2. One of the light bulbs does not come on and the switch seems loose. We screwed in the bulb that did work and turned the switch. The good bulb did not light. 3. The hood was in place when we moved in but we did not get an owner's manual. Can we get one now? Thanks.
