The black plastic piece attached to the bottom of the pitcher has a pin in the bottom of it. When it sits on top of the motor piece the pin pushes down onto a pin in the motor piece. The pin is broken and I need to replace the bottom piece attached to the pitcher. How do I detach or screw off the black plastic piece and then find a replacement part for it?
