I just receivd my 8 qt. pressure cooker and am confused about the pressure release device. My valve is very shakey. Is the pressure release device suppose to fit snug or os it just to line up arrow to arrow. It appears that it does not look safe at all. Please provide as MUCH information as possible as to not cause injury to myself or others.Thank you, Donna Gabriele
