Question About Wolfgang Puck Electric Pressure Cooker BPCRM800

I need more info on how to use this 8qt pressure cooker. How do I know when I should release the pressure or let it release by it's self? How long to cook foods. My very first pressure cooker (as you can tell:) It's a really nice one and I'd really like to learn how to cook with it...] Any info would help :) Thanks, Faith
