This is a good cooker...at least mine is. However, I have lost my manual and it is no wonder: it is slightly larger than 1/4 of an 8-1/2x11 sheet of paper and very skinny. There's no use storing it with the rest of your cookbooks as it would be easily lost there. He collects big money for a cooker, but can't give you a decent size manual. I'm certain the other manufacturers would not do this. And don't get me started about the countertop convection oven; that's a whole other story.
