Question About Wolfgang Puck Electric Pressure Cooker DYB 250
Manual for Wolrgang Puck DYB 250 electric pressure cooker...

I'm familiar with pressure cooking on the stove, but I just bought my first (used) electric pressure cooker. I'm particularly interested in knowing what pressure this model uses, how to tell when it's up to pressure, & how to time foods since the timer would include bringing it up to pressure.
