WHEN I PUCHASED THE ESPRESSO MACHINE FROM SEARS THE PLASTIC BEAN COVER AND THE PLASTIC WATER COVER WAS NOT IN THE BOX

1 I bought an espresso machine at Sears and there was missing parts missing, and they gave me a phone number to caIl, I spoke to wolfgang puck appliance waranty and they said they will mail me the parts if I fax the bill of sale, I faxed the bill of sale and I followed up and they said that the parts were ordered and I will recieve the parts soon. After two weeks I called them and they said they will not ordered me the parts because I have to pay for them dued to that I bought the espresso machine from sears outlet and because it was a $700.00 machine I will have to pay for the Parts , I said thats fine, I told the supervisor Silvia Please let me know the cost for the parts and she said she will call me when she finds out the price. I've called her 4 Times in two weeks and I am still wating to find out how much a Plastic bean cover and a plastic water cover and cost and the last time I called and asked for her she did not evan want to talk to me she told the lady that anwsered the phone she will call me when she gets a Price I will continue to try to get these parts I am very disappointed that a superviser employee of wolfgang bucks appliannce will not go thee extra mile just to get me a price on these parts If there is a manager of this company that really care about representing wolfgang Pucks appliannce please call me and give me the customer satisfaction I deserve . it was my fault that I got a great Deal on this espresso machine. Management please Email me A gourmays@vif.com because your supervisor SILVIA is not giving me the time of Day. thank you
