I need a replacement lid for my slow cooker model ...

I need a replacement lid for my slow cooker model WPSC0007. I have been trying every site even went to the website on the back of my booklet with no success. Does his company not offer replacement parts? I hope to get a response because I am getting very frustrated. I love my slow cooker, however I dropped my lid and it shattered and now I can not use it. PLEASE HELP!!!
