Question About Woods Equipment Freezer F20NOC
Icing up/water...

The freezer is self defrosting, but iinstead of the water running into the pan underneath, it runs into the bottom of he freezer and builds up so that the basket cannot be moved to retrieve contents.

0 I'm having the same problem. I think it's a bad seal. It used to make a sucking sound when you opened the freezer. It doesn't do that anymore. I'd start with checking the seal on the door. Look for leaks or cracks in it.
