Question About Zanussi Cooktop ZCG 7902X

Hello there Have moved into this flat with the above cooker.The top burners are ok but we do not have any clock or display of any sort.Should you have something in the display when switching on the electrical power or do you have to carry out the sequence in the ops manual? Would appreciate any help,thanks. Howard

0 I had this problem, a new timer fixed it, £89! Be careful when cleaning, water caused mine to fail
