We have a Zanussi Salamander SLG802 Gas that has developed an orange flame (too much oxygen) want to know how to adjust the flame as carbon is forming on the tips of the ceramic heat bricks and is falling on the food. Thanks JH

5 No it is the opposite, the flame is starving for oxygen. Main burner flame is lazy and yellow (Also cause of combustion odors, or incomplete combustion with soot buildup and an increased production of carbon monoxide gas.) Put in a service call and check if gas input is too high or if the orifice is dirty or clogged.
