HI, I HAVE AN INTEGRATED ZDT 6253 AND WHILE THE MACHINE HAS POWER, I CAN NOT SELECT A PROGRAM TO START IT? IF I LEAVE THE POWER OFF OVERNIGHT, THE LOCKING MECHANISM IN THE TABLET DOOR CLICKS AND IT STILL DOES NOT FUNCTION? WHAT CAN I DO TO RESET?
