No heat during a cycle for my Zanussi Electrolux ...

No heat during a cycle for my Zanussi Electrolux ZSF 6161 Dishwasher. After a cycle my dishes are not clean and there is no heat or when i interupt to check cycle there is no heat either, what could be at fault ?
