The tablet is not being dissolved, the tablet door...

The tablet is not being dissolved, the tablet door opens slightly or all the way but either the tablet does not come out or stays undissolved on the dishwasher floor. Also which is the best program for a regular wash, A, B, C or D. Sincerely, Denise Moloney
