This has been a truly great and reliable machine and I am reluctant to throw it out just in case I’m missing something simple. If I select any programmes with the thermal fry incorporated, then the machine just stops when you get to these. My question therefore is there a separate heating element for the thermal dry programme? I’ve not been able to find any manual for this so am stuck. I’ve replaced the main heating element at the rear but this did not fix the problem. Thanks in advance.
