fridge freezer keeps bleeping temp alarm i have to...

fridge freezer keeps bleeping temp alarm i have to turn the freezer off then turn back on to stop , but alarm could start up again, i do not have manual so dont no if the settings are correct, am not sure what number to set fridge or freezer.
