My zanussi Electrolux model numberZNB 344 S is freezing under the vegetable drawer all the time and it makes a terrible humming noise all the time could you please tell me what is wrong and can it be fixed with a spare part.

0 I have the manual the answer is not in the section something not working I just want to know could it be the thermostat or could The water outlet be blocked.
