TOP DRAWER OF FREEZER HAS LARGE LUMP OF ICE HANGING FROM ROOF OF DRAWER, NO LONGER OPENS. NEED TO DEFROST , WILL THERE BE A LOT OF WATER AS I HAVE A LAMINATE WOODEN FLOOR? DON'T KNOW WHY IT IS SO FROZEN AS FREEZER IS NEVER FULL AND DOOR NOT LEFT OPEN.
