Question About Zanussi Oven ZBP 1260
my zanussi zbp 1260 is not heating up properly, on...

my zanussi zbp 1260 is not heating up properly, on fan it is only going up to 25 but the fan is working, then if i change it to normal oven it will go up to 200 but then seems to be losing heat, would that be the element or the thermostat do you think, many thanks.
