this is my Zanussi built in Fan oven its about 6yr...

this is my Zanussi built in Fan oven its about 6yrs old , Model number ZBF 660 X, Product No 949711209,ser 421 16660 , Type A9657. I am after the Manual for it for the cook chart.Please can you help.I have just started making sponge cakes and they dont seem to cooked in med and over cooked on the outside. please can you help
