Question About Zanussi Refrigerator ZI 920/9 KA
puddles...

Hi i have a ZI 920/9 f/freezer. There is constantly a puddle of water at the bottom of the fridge and the freezer keeps freezing over on me, I need to deforst it every 2 weeks. What could be causing these problems?
