ref john lewis fridge freezer manufactured by yourselves ref JLBIFF 1802. Fridge is not cool. fast freeze button operating as is main dial at high temp. but temp doesn't seem to be reducing. this problem was first noticed around 9am this morning. can you give any advice on how this problem can be rectified please.
