why do you not have the manual for the zojirushi bread maker bbccx20 it says it is available and then it says page is invalid. i can not use this without the manual- is there a place I can purchase one ? ty grammypete@gmail.com

4 I work for Zojirushi. There are two versions of the manual for this unit, depending upon when your unit was produced. We want to make sure you get the right one. We can send you one directly. Please call (800) 733-6270 and tell them the serial number on the silver sticker located on the rear panel of the unit. Customer service will send you the correct manual. Thank you for your loyalty!
