0 I work for Zojirushi. Please clarify. "Neuro Fuzzy" is a Zojirushi trademarked name for a type of computerized rice cooking method. It is not a model number or type of rice cooker. Please provide the model number on the silver sticker located on the back of the rice cooker, near the bottom. Then we can point you in the right direction.
