“HoldTime”
This sub-menu allows the operator to program a time interval to lift the basket(s) and
allow the product to drain before signaling the end of the frying cycle. There is no
“HoldTime” programmed into any of the products shown on the product chart. The
control provides hold time adjustment from “OFF” up to a period of 60 minutes.
Press the right
arrow key to enter the “HoldTime” sub-menu. Display stops
flashing. The previously set hold time or “OFF” will appear in the display. Press the
Up or Down arrow keys to change the setting. When the correct “HoldTime”
appears, press the Right arrow key to confirm the setting. If no hold time is
required, press the Down arrow key and scroll until “OFF” appears in the display.
When the correct setting appears, press the Right arrow key to confirm. Display
flashes.
Entry into the Product programming mode allows the operator to program all
available product keys. After the final “Product” key has
been programmed, the LEFT arrow key must be pressed to
completely exit the control programming mode. The control
will revert to the “OFF” position.
To program control features other than
Product
, press and hold the “PROGRAM”
key for a period of 5 to 10 seconds from the “OFF” position. Press the Up
or Down arrow keys and scroll to the program function to be set.
