On 4 cooking zones, the automatic
boil-start function provides
automatic switch-over to simmering
without loss of energy. Just turn to
“A”, and right back to the desired
heat setting, and the electronic
controls will provide quick heat and
automatic ramp-down. No manual
adjustment required.
Red lights in a central display field
indicate whether the cooking zones
are still too hot to be touched. The
remaining heat can be used to keep
food warm.
Heating up significantly faster than
conventional radiation heaters,
“speed plate” cooking zones produce
heat even more rapidly.

the dual-circuit or roasting zone can
be added by the touch of a finger
on the touchpad embedded in the
ceramic hob.
An indicator lamp in the touchpad
confirms the activated zone. Being
sealed in, the sensor pad is totally
