3 cloves garlic; coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
½ teaspoon salt
lemon wedges
Melt the butter over low heat. Add the olive oil and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes;
do not let garlic brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool. When butter is cool,
pour into a glass container and toss in the shrimp, parsley and salt. Cover and
refrigerate 30 minutes. Fill the water tank of you steam grill and preheat the grill for 5
minutes. Set the steam control knob for maximum steam. Use a fork and remove the
shrimp from the butter mixture. Place the shrimp in a single layer on the grill plate,
close the cover and grill 4-5 minutes or until done. Serve immediately with fresh
lemon wedges.

½ teaspoon ginger
Place all ingredients together in a zip top bag. Seal the bag and refrigerate 30
minutes to 1 hour. Fill the water tank of you steam grill and preheat the grill for 5
