BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove all promotional labels and wash the
Coffee ‘n’ Spice Grinder cover in warm,
soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
OPERATION OF YOUR GRINDER
1. Remove lid and make sure grinder is
clean and empty.
2. Measure the desired quantity of coffee
beans or spices into the cover. Place
coffee or spices into the unit.
3. Place the cover onto the grinder.
4. Plug the grinder into a 230/240v power
outlet and switch on.
5. Press down the black operating button on
the lid.
6 When you have reached the desired grind,
turn the unit upside down supporting the
cover, gently tap base of the unit to move
all the ground ingredients into the cover
for easy removal.
7. Clean according to instructions on page 7.
HANDY HINTS

The Breville Coffee ‘n’ Spice Grinder will
not grind anything that is sticky or
extremely hard ie. chocolate, whole
nutmeg, candied fruits etc.

The Breville Coffee ‘n’ Spice Grinder will
not make pastes of any fruits, seeds or
herbs ie. curry pastes, nut batters.

Do not immerse motor base or cord in
water or any other liquid. Do not fill the
stainless steel grinding base with water
or any other liquid. Do not place the cover
in the dishwasher.
1. Switch off at power outlet and unplug.
2. Wipe out stainless steel grinding container
with a slightly damp cloth and dry well.
3. To thoroughly clean under blades, place
lid in position, operate the empty unit to
dislodge particles under the blades.
Switch off and unplug before continuing
to clean.
4. Wipe exterior of unit with slightly damp
cloth. Polish with a soft, dry cloth. Do not
use abrasives.
