Stops flow of coffee from basket when
carafe is removed (20 seconds max) from
the heater plate, so a cup can be poured
mid-brew.

Easy-pour, no-drip double-wall
insulated 12-cup thermal carafe with
ergonomic handle. Unique brew-through/
pour-through lid allows coffee to drip from
coffeemaker through closed lid. When
brewing is complete, the lid seals itself to
keep air out and preserve fresh coffee flavor
and temperature. No need to turn or adjust
it to pour.
