Chiller compartments
Use these compartments for food that you
want store at a temperature a few degrees
below the fridge compartment.
The inner volume of your refrigerator can be
increased by removing any of the chiller
compartments.
1. Pull the compartment towards yourself
until it rests and stops against the stopper.
2. Lift the front section and pull towards
yourself to remove the compartment from its
seating. Foods to be frozen can be placed
in these compartments in order to prepare
them for freezing.
Egg tray
The egg holder may be placed onto the
desired door or body shelf. Never store the
egg holder in the freezer compartment
Odour filter
The Odour filter helps prevent the build-up of
unpleasant odours in the refrigerator. To
remove the odour filter, pull the cover of the
odour filter downwards and remove as
illustrated.
To clean the odour filter simply leave the
filter exposed to sunlight for one day. Install
the filter back in its place. Clean the odour
filter once a year.
Blue light (in some models)
Foods stored in the crispers that are
illuminated with a blue light continue their
photosynthesis by means of the wavelength
effect of blue light and thus help preserve
their freshness and increase their vitamin
content.
