•Meals such as hamburgers or poultry should be flipped at least once during heating. Large pieces should
be flipped multiple times to allow equal heating. Meals such as meatballs should be moved from the centre
of the container to the sides during heating.
Idle period
•Heated liquids or drinks may bubble after heating has finished. Therefore allow them to cool down for a
moment. If possible, stir meals and liquids after heating. During this time cover the meal or liquid to avoid
boiling after heating has finished.
Microwaveable plastic foil
•To cook meals with a high proportion of fats, avoid allowing the foil to touch the meal as the foil may melt.
Microwaveable plastic containers
•Some plastic containers are not suitable for use when heating meals with a high proportion of fats or
sugar.
•Close the door.
•Connect the plug (8) to a suitable power outlet.
•Using the power controller (9) adjust to desired level of power.
•Using the time regulator (10) set the desired duration. The device as well as its lighting will turn on. Always
try to heat for the minimum duration necessary. If insufficient, simply repeat. Overcooked meals may
develop smoke or catch fire!
•The device automatically switches of after the time has elapsed. At the same time a signal will be audible
and the light turns off.
•Should the device be no longer be required, disconnect it from the power outlet.
•Should the door be manually opened before the time has elapsed, the time regulator should be reset to 0,
unless further heating is desired.
Note:
•Should you wish to heat something for less than 2 minutes, first set the time regulator to 3 minutes, then
set to desired time.
•The duration of heating may be changed at any time. By setting the time regulator to 0 during heating, the
heating may be prematurely stopped.
•Through the window (2) you may supervise the heating as it progresses.
•By opening the door you may check the level of heating at any time. The heating is automatically paused
when the door is opened. When the door is closed again the heating recommences where it stopped.

•The duration and weight specifications in the following tables are reference values that may vary according
to quality, size, storage temperature and level of moisture of the meal. If necessary, heat additionally.
De-fr
eezing
•This setting slowly de-freezes meals. Thin meals de-freeze quicker than thicker ones. If possible, equally
distribute the meal or liquid in the container or on its plate. Irregularly sized meals should be positioned
such that thicker parts are more to the sides of the plate or container.
•Compact pieces of food, such as meats, should be flipped multiple times. Do not allow the meal to entirely
de-freeze inside the device. The below listed durations for post-de-freezing outside the device should allow
them to completely de-freeze.
