EmersonRadio Corp. warrantsthis product tobe free frommanufacturing defects inoriginal material, includingoriginal
parts, andworkmanship under normal use and conditions (“manufacturing defect”)for a period of one (1)year from
date of original purchase in, and if used in, the United States (“warranty”). Should service be necessary under this
warranty, Emersonwill provide the following atan IndependentService Centeror RegionalRepair Facilitypermitted
by Emerson toperform repairs,provided the manufacturingdefect isverified along withthe dateof purchase:
* Repair service forone (1)year fromdate oforiginal purchaseat nocharge forlabor andparts.
* Replacement ofa defective magnetron forseven (7) yearsfrom date of originalpurchase (labor not includedafter
initial twelve (12)months).
There are Independent Service Center and Regional Repair Facilities located throughout the country. For the one
nearest you, DIAL TOLL FREE: 1-800-695-0098. In the event the product must be mailed to a Regional Repair
Facility which ispermitted byEmerson toperform repairs:
* Pack the unitin awell-padded heavycorrugated box.
* Enclose your check or money order payable to the REGIONAL REPAIR FACILITY in the amount of $15.00 to
cover return shippingand handlingcosts.
* Enclose acopy of your proofof purchase (warranty servicewill not be providedwithout dated proof ofpurchase).
* Ship the unitprepaid viaUPS orparcel post(insured).
NOTE: This warrantydoes notcover:
(a) Damage to equipmentnot properlyconnected tothe product.
(b) Cost incurred in the shipping of the product to and from a Regional Repair Facility permitted by Emerson to
perform warranty repairs.
(c) Damage or improper operation of unit caused by customer abuse, misuse, negligence or failure to follow
operating instructions providedwith theproduct.
(d) Ordinary adjustments tothe productwhich canbe performedby customeras outlinedin theowner’s manual.
(e) Signal reception problemscaused byexternal antennaor cablesystems.
(f) Products notpurchased inthe UnitedStates.
(g) Damage to productif usedoutside theUnited States.
THIS WARRANTYIS NON-TRANSFERABLE ANDAPPLIES ONLYTO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASERAND DOES
NOT EXTEND TO SUBSEQUENT OWNERS OF THE PRODUCT. ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO A PERIOD OF THE
EXPRESSED WARRANTYAS PROVIDED HEREIN BEGINNING WITHTHE DATE OF ORIGINALPURCHASEAT
RETAIL AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, SHALL APPLY TO THE PRODUCT
THEREAFTER. EMERSON MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE FITNESS OF THE PRODUCT FOR ANY
PARTICULAR PURPOSEOR USE.
THE EXTENTOF EMERSONRADIO CORP’S LIABILITYUNDER THIS LIMITEDWARRANTYISTHE REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENTPROVIDEDABOVEAND, IN NO EVENT,SHALLEMERSON RADIO CORP’S LIABILITYEXCEED
THE PURCHASEPRICE PAID BYTHEPURCHASER OF THEPRODUCT. UNDER NOCIRCUMST ANCESSHALL
EMERSON RADIO CORP. BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGEARISING OUTOF OR INCONNECTION WITH THE USEOF THIS PRODUCT.THIS
WARRANTY ISVALID ONLY IN THEUNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
