ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
EURO-PRO Operating LLC warrants these bakeware products to be free from defects in material
and workmanship under normal use for one year. This warranty does NOT cover damage from
abuse, commercial use or other non-consumer use, neglect, abnormal wear or tear, overheating, or
any use that is not in accordance with the bakeware instructions provided with this product. This
warranty does not cover scratches, stains or discoloration caused by negligence, misuse or abuse.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE
In the event of any defect covered under this warranty, EURO-PRO Operating LLC will only be
obligated, at EURO-PRO Operating LLC’s option. To repair the defective part or unit or furnish a
new or reconditioned part or unit in exchange for the part or unit that is defective. Written notice of
any malfunction or defects must be given within 10 days of the time of the defect is discovered and
must be accompanied by the original consumer purchase receipt.

The liability of EURO-PRO Operating LLC is limited solely to the cost of the repair or replacement
of the unit at our option. This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts and does not apply to
any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes. This warranty does not
cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling or damage due to faulty packaging or
mishandling in transit.
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the unit and excludes all other legal and/or
conventional warranties. The responsibility of EURO-PRO Operating LLC if any, is limited to the
specific obligations expressly assumed by it under the terms of the limited warranty. In no event is
EURO-PRO Operating LLC liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature
whatsoever. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.
*Important: Carefully pack item to avoid damage in shipping. Be sure to include proof of
purchase date and to attach tag to item before packing with your name, complete address
and phone number with a note giving purchase information, model number and what you
believe is the problem with item. We recommend you insure the package (as damage in
shipping is not covered by your warranty). Mark the outside of your package “ATTENTION
CUSTOMER SERVICE”. We are constantly striving to improve our products, therefore the
specifications contained herein are subject to change without notice.

BEFORE USING YOUR BAKEWARE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Wash in hot, soapy water. Rinse well and dry.
USE & CARE
Before first use, please remove any stickers found on the bakeware and rinse all the
pieces with hot, soapy water. Use a soft cloth or sponge and warm soapy water to clean
the bakeware, then towel dry them after every use. Never use steel wool or abrasive
cleansers to clean as these may damage the bakeware.
Excessive pre-heating of empty bakeware may cause damage to the bakeware. The
bakeware is suitable for gas and electric ovens. When using your bakeware, please note
that it is oven safe up to 450°F. Please note that the bakeware gets hot while cooking.
Use an oven cloth or mitt for protection.
Always use nylon, plastic or wooden utensils for removing food. Avoid using metal
utensils such as sharp knives or forks which may damage the surface coating.
Do not use the bakeware in a microwave oven or wash in a dishwasher.
Warning: Do not use if the enamel bakeware shows any wear, scratches or chips.
