ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
• Remove the cover from the Field Wiring Compartment with a
phillips screwdriver.
• Feed the Power Supply Cable through the electrical knockout.
Connect the Power Supply Cable to the range- hood cable. At-
tach the Power Supply Cable grounding lead to the green screw
provided. Attach the White lead of the power supply to the
White lead of the rangehood with a twist-on type wire connec-
tor. Attach the Black lead of the power supply to the Black
lead of the rangehood with a twist-on type wire connector.
• Replace the cover.
Chimney assembly
Connect the angle iron 17 to the slots in the hood canopy, open-
ing out the two side flaps slightly.
Upper exhaust chimney
• Open out the two side flaps slightly, connect them behind the
Brackets 7.2.1 and close them up again until they touch.
• Fix to the sides of the Brackets using 4 Screws 12c provided.
• Make sure that the outlet from the Connector Extensions corre-
sponds with the Chimney outlets.
Lower exhaust chimney
• Insert the Chimney into the space between the Hood Canopy
and the Angle Iron 17.
• Open out the two side flaps of the Chimney slightly, connect
them between the Upper chimney and the wall and close them
up again until they touch.
• Fix the bottom part to the Hood Canopy and the Angle Iron at
the sides, using the 2 Screws 12c provided.
