Note: For special milling operations, loosen
the headstock tilt lock nuts and rotate the
headstock to the needed angle (Figure 17).
Note:If you are only milling in one direction,
lock the unused table slide in place.

Note: For maximum spindle rigidity while
milling, keep the spindle retracted into the
headstock as far as possible with the quill
headstock lock levers locked and the fine
feed lock knob tightened.

