How To Clean
Regular cleaning will keep your coffee brewer performing at its
peak. It will also keep it looking new for many years.
NOTE: Do not use cleansers, bleach liquids, powders or
any substance that contains chlorine. These products
promote corrosion and will pit the stainless steel. USING
THESE PRODUCTS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
Routine cleaning procedure
1. Unplug brewer or disconnect power.
2. Allow brewer to cool before cleaning.
3. Wipe away any spills, dust, or debris from the exterior of the
coffee brewer with a clean, damp cloth and dry with a towel.
4. Clean the brew basket holder with a brush or damp cloth.
5. To prevent scratches, clean the outside surfaces with a
damp cloth or stainless steel polish only.
6. The brew basket and decanters can be washed in warm,
soapy water.
Do NOT use harsh or abrasive cleaners.
Rinse thoroughly.
The quality of the coffee brew is determined by the grind, roast,
and quality of the coffee used. The brewer should produce
excellent results using most grades of coffee available from
your coffee roaster/distributor.
Several manufacturers make bulk coffee dispensers that
automatically dispense ground coffee in whatever measure
you choose.

Remove the brew basket. Place a filter in the brew basket and
add a measured amount of coffee. Slide the brew basket back
into its holder.
