SPECIFICATIONS:
Water –

⁄2" pipe size. Cold water @ 30-75 psi.
(21kPa-52kPa) minimum @ 1.2 G.P.M. (4.5 liters/min.)
flow rate. Water supply must have the proper hardness,
pH and chloride concentration. Consult your local Hobart
service office, water company and/or water conditioner
dealer before installation.
Recommended water hardness range: 2-4 grains per gallon
Recommended pH range: 7.0 to 8.0
Acceptable range for chloride concentration: 0-30 ppm
Drain – Route

⁄2" rear drain to air-gap drain.
Electrical – 2 supplies required
Ventilator Connect Point – 5.0 amps (
1
⁄6 HP @ 120V) max.
Venting – Oven may need to be installed under a Type I or
Type II exhaust hood. Consult local codes.
Clearance – UL certified for zero clearance to combustible
surfaces, sides and back.
Minimum 24" clearance needed for service access. If right
side is within 30" of radiant heat or grease vapor source,
vent guard is required. See options.
NOTES
1. Level floor required. The mini-rack oven is shipped
assembled for easy installation. All components are
factory tested before shipment.
2. The purchaser is responsible for proper installation.
In order to validate the warranty, the start-up must be
performed by an Authorized Servicer.
3. The HO300E will fit through a standard 36" doorway
with doors, control panel and trim package removed.
