Appointments to suit you
We do everything possible to fit in with your
busy lifestyle. You can choose between morning
or afternoon appointments, with the option
of the engineer’s first or last visit of the day.
Saturday appointments are also available in
some areas. We will send you a text message
with a 2 hour time slot on the morning of
your appointment.
Guaranteed parts for 5 years
Your Hotpoint appliance is covered for a full 12
months by our own parts and labour warranty.
In addition, when you register your appliance
we also provide free parts for the first 5 years
when fitted by our highly qualified engineers.
