3. Placegriddleover grillelementsothatthedrainholesare infront. Thiswill permit
excessgreaseto becollectedin thegrease container.
4. Preheatthe griddle asnoted in thecharts. Settings above 10 during griddle
operationsare unnecessaryandcan ruinthe finish.
5. Usenonmetallicspatulasorutensilswhile cookingto preventdamagingthe finish.
